Jean-Pierre Maury and Josse Goffin at the centre of the engraving of La Louvière

15/06/2020

Jean-Pierre Maury and Josse Goffin are exhibited as part of the “Tralala l’art” project, which develops around the question of games in contemporary creation. Some games have indeed a real graphic work which can be compared to that of recognized artists. Come and discover with your family the works of these artists as well as works of Pierre Alechinsky, Marcel Broodthaers, Pol Bury, Jo Delahaut to name but a few. From the collections of the Centre de la Gravure and the toy library in La Louvière, a set of pieces comes to playfully and colorfully question this new field of creation. On this occasion, the artist Camille Nicolle will take over part of the exhibition space to offer an interactive and original creation on the theme of the labyrinth. The scenography, definitely geared towards play, will give children a special place. From June 2 to November 29, 2020 at the Centre de la gravure et de l’image imprimée, 10 rue des Amours at 7100 La Louvière. Tel: 064 27 87 27. https://www.centredelagravure.be/
