My article of clothing has a defect.

Despite the greatest care that we accord our client orders and the quality of control that we give to each dispatch,   in some exceptional cases an article may not be up to expected quality. If a client perceives that an order has a defect we offer our sincere apologies and invite you to contact our Customer Service lila@arteeshow.com to find the best solution.

 

My articles are not what I ordered

Despite the greatest care in preparing orders an error can sometimes take place in the dispatch procedure. If you are faced with this situation, we offer our sincerest apologies. You can return the article and receive an exchange. In order to do this we invite you to contact our Customer Service lila@arteeshow.com who will give you information on the procedure to follow.

Will delivery costs be refunded for returned goods ?

Delivery costs billed on dispatch will not be refunded for returned goods.

 

If I return an article, when will I be refunded ?

Once we receive a returned item, this will be refunded in 48 hours (maximum 7 days). Refunds will be made via the means of payment chosen for the order : you will be refunded the cost of the items returned with the exception of delivery costs.

 

Photos produced

All our items are presented on our eboutique in each of the item files. Images, photos and colours of items on sale, however, may not fully correspond to the original colours due to navigating effects on the internet and the screen used.
