Shipping and return


Orders are dispatched immediately if payment is received before 13h. You will receive an email confirming the date of dispatch.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of delivery and billing details registered online. Costs due to any errors in login details will be charged to the customer.


Purchases can be returned and refunded or exchanged if the article has not been worn or used within a time limit of 14 days after reception.


Included in your Arteeshow package you will find a prepaid label valid for 14 days (valid in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany and Great Britain). Simply stick this label on your package and take to a post office. You can then follow your returned goods on https://track.bpost.be.

Returned items will not be refunded if the article is not in its original condition (damaged, used or soiled). The article must be returned with its tag in its original package. If this is not the case the aticle will be returned to the sender.
